Training routes - what to be aware of
When you start your new career there will be a lot to learn. None of the occupations within building services engineering can be learnt overnight. A vital part of your training will be ‘on-the-job training’ which involves working with your employer on site. You will do this alongside 'off-the-job training', which is where you apply your skills and knowledge at a college or training centre.
