About SummitSkills
The 'Good Day' campaign is being promoted by SummitSkills, the Sector Skills Council for building services engineering. Through SummitSkills, employers have a direct route to influence skills and training development.
Now more than ever, the government is asking employers to state what skills they need for the future and how these should be delivered, and have said that Sector Skills Councils such as SummitSkills will be the channel through which those employer views should be represented.
The future of building services engineering
SummitSkills has launched the 'Sector Skills Agreement for building services engineering, which is basically a plan that maps out the skills issues of the sector and how those issues are going to be tackled. Businesses in the sector are crucial to help implement this agreement and also benefit from its outcomes. To find out more visit www.horizon-ssa.org.uk
